Instead, it’s about making small changes and shifts in both perception and action to bring more meaning to your life. Think of it as a short guide to help you figure out what it means to live more intentionally and then figure out what specifically this means for you.
Along the way, I’ll make you think about what you value, what’s working right now, and what isn’t. There will be plenty of opportunities for reflection and of course chances to make changes in how you live your life. While there is no magic pill, as you’ll discover in chapter two, there are plenty of simple tweaks and changes you can make that will improve your quality of life and that of those around you.
While we will mainly focus on you throughout this guide, you don’t live in a bubble. The changes you make by living more intentional, no matter how subtle they may be, will influence the people around you and close to you. I hope that it will have a positive impact on your relationship with loved ones.
Above all, I encourage you to use this guide to change your own life for the better. Use it to make you think about living with more purpose. Use it to look at what you do in all areas of your life with fresh eyes. Use it to live your life to the fullest and make every minute count. There is nothing better or more important than a life lived well.
