Christy and I met back in 1989 through Sunrider. We had lost contact with each over the years. I met up with her again the early part of this year at a health fair in Columbus. It was so wonderful to see each other after all this time.
I started attending her meditation group in Bellbrook and set an appointment to have some Reiki sessions. I feel she has a true gift for healing. She is very professional with her approach to helping her clients. At that time we discussed starting me back on the Sunrider foods as well. With the Reiki and the foods I have noticed a lot more energy, I feel better about myself and I am able to manage my appetite. I have great respect for her both as a friend and a practitioner.
