Most women I know want to learn how to manage stress. However, our daily stressors we encounter, which often start as distractions and interruptions can soon turn into obstacles, blocking us from achieving our desires or handling daily responsibilities. By applying some tips and strategies, I’ve learned along the, I have many things which I would like to share with you, including how to manage and cope with stress.
What does everyone expect of me?
My nerves are shot. I cannot take it anymore. What does everyone expect of me? Sound familiar? It is obvious that stress is taking charge of someone life when they are screaming these words out into the universe!
Turn it around and tell your self I will not allow stress to control my life. No one expects me to “do” more than I can do. I am expecting more of my self than anyone else is.
It is time to take control of stress and take charge of your life. Some stress is good. However, not dealing with the bad stress can produce very ugly results in all areas of your life.
Ask yourself this question. I’m I willing to let go of the stress in my life? If you answered no, you may want to look at why.
